  Registration Form for   Gourd Fine Art Classes

WAIVER: By your registration you agree you are solely responsible for your actions and safety while using Carol Signore's studio & equipment. You affirm that class places are reserved in the order received and fees are Non Refundable. You agree to release Carol Signore from any claims, liabilities, actions, damages, costs, or expenses that arise from your class participation.

 Summer, Fall, & Winter

       All classes except those through Green Valley Rec                       are held in Carol Signore's private gourd art studio:                  630 W Quail Drive,  Green Valley, AZ

               

Attendees may choose to work on any project

approved by the instructor prior to class.

Reservation Policy
After submitting the registration form,  your class date and time will be confirmed. Please complete payment at the link below to secure your place. Your spot cannot be reserved until payment is received.

 
All materials, including a gourd, are provided. No prior experience required.
