Javelinas roam freely in 
the area where I live. They
typically travel in large 
groups or herds with their 
little ones in tow. I know they 
can be dangerous if frightened 
so I keep a respectful distance 
but I never tire of trying to 
portray the fierce warrior I see
on the outside with the gentle 
caring parent I’ve admired and 
enjoyed watching so many times.
